Phil & DeAnn Brogan have been entrepreneurs since 1988, operating a lawn and landscape company in Lincoln, NE for 26 years. In 2015, they moved to Colorado and started a home watch company and a vacation rental management company, with an in-house cleaning team. Over 9 successful years, they encountered a lot!
During that time, Phil became a Certified Home Watch professional with the National Home Watch Association. He also co-wrote the certification materials and testing program, and later was accredited by the International Home Watch Alliance, serving on their Board of Directors as treasurer.
In 2020, Phil & Deann began purchasing their own vacation rental properties across the country and self-managed them. They have hosted or co-hosted over 16,000 guest stays, and have performed 1,000s of home watch visits.
